After you submit this form, you'll get an email with instructions on how to ship your product back to us. You'll also receive an email when we receive your product for repair, and a final email when it's been repaired and is on its way back to you.

    • Note: Schiit warranties cover the original owner of the product. For warranty service within the warranty period, please enter your order number. The order number must match the original purchaser name (entered in Contact Information, below.)

    • If you are not an original owner of the product, Schiit Audio will repair your product for a service charge. Service charges start at $30 for our smaller amps and DACs and increase based on the cost and complexity of the product and the nature of the repair. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our facility. Please note that modified products will have to be brought back to original production spec before repairs are made, which can be very costly. Abused or damaged products may also require additional repair fees. If you send your out-of-warranty product in for repair, you are accepting responsibility for these repair charges.
